Mini Yoga Retreat


Join Jo for a morning of relaxing and restorative yoga in the beautiful Samford Valley.

Leave the city behind you! Less than 30 minutes’ drive from the Hills District of Brisbane, you’re sure to arrive at the (brand new and very lovely) Samford Community Hub, already feeling lighter.

Park right out front and take a few moments to pause, breathe and take in nature’s beauty before continuing your journey to relaxation with a Gentle Flow yoga class.

Then enjoy a light morning tea on the verandah, overlooking farmland and mountains, followed by a deliciously Restorative Yoga practice, concluding with guided Yoga Nidra – the cherry on top of a morning that will see you return home feeling deeply relaxed and restored physically, mentally and emotionally.

Optional at own expense: Stay on for a relaxed and casual lunch with Jo and other attendees at one of Samford Village’s beautiful cafes.

On receipt of payment, Jo will confirm your place and, if it’s your first time joining a Jo Moloney Yoga class/event, send you a Health Questionnaire for completion and return prior to participating.

This event will be run with COVIDSafe measures in place, with which all attendees will be required to comply.

Book with confidence – if the event is unable to proceed due to a COVID-19 outbreak in the Brisbane/Samford area resulting in Government restriction of movement/gathering and/or lockdown, your payment will be refunded in full.

For personal inability to attend, unfortunately no refund can be given. However, if something unforeseen occurs and you’re unable to attend, send a friend! Please advise Jo as soon as possible in this instance.

Water bottle
2 clean pillow cases – to cover bolster
Light blanket, wrap/shawl – to cover you!
Eye pillow, if you’d like to use one

Yoga mat
Yoga blanket
Yoga strap (or a long scarf of belt)
2 yoga blocks

^All provided props will be sanitised ready for your use. Disinfectant wipes will be provided for you to wipe down mats and blocks after use.
